About Karobar Solutions

A US-registered software company with an Islamabad-based team, building products for global founders and technical teams.

Our Story

Karobar Solutions started in 2020 as Pak Web House LLP. Asad had been freelancing since he was 19 and built his first business at 20, mostly WordPress and plugin work in the Divi ecosystem. The team has grown to ten and we've shipped around sixty projects across WordPress, SaaS, and custom apps.

"Karobar" is the Urdu word for business: the day-to-day, unglamorous kind. It fits what we actually do better than Pak Web House did.

Most of our work is for technical founders who need someone to own a product end to end. Scope it, build it, ship it, and stick around to fix what breaks afterwards.

We also run three of our own products. Karobar Management is the employee-management SaaS we use to run the team. Assistant for Basecamp is a Chrome extension that adds Kanban, custom fields, and automations to Basecamp. Divi Contact Form Helper is a form plugin distributed by Pee-Aye Creative. Building our own things keeps us honest about what's hard.

We're small. Everything still goes through Asad.

Why We Build Products

Our products start from real pain. We don't build for product's sake. Karobar was born because we needed to track our own team without micromanaging. Assistant for Basecamp came from years of running our team's project management on Basecamp and hand-rolling the missing pieces. Divi Contact Form Helper started as a working prototype shared with Pee-Aye Creative, who now sells and distributes it.

Being a founder who uses your own product forces honesty. We know what's broken because we live it. We know what features matter because we use them daily. That perspective is baked into every product we ship.

We also know that selling is hard. But if a product is genuinely useful, people will find it. So we focus on being useful first, marketable second.

We read every inquiry. If we're a fit, we reply within two working days with a short, honest note about scope and fit.
