About Karobar Solutions

Karobar Solutions was founded in 2020 by Asad Ur Rehman, who started freelancing at 19 and built his first business by 25. What began as a small contracting shop has grown into a 8-person team delivering 60+ projects for global clients across WordPress, SaaS, and custom application development. We've shipped WordPress plugins for the Divi ecosystem, built employee management SaaS, and created customer support tools — all while maintaining the same principle that drove us from day one: proof over talk, quality over volume, shipping over perfection.

Our name comes from our core belief. "Karobar" means business or trade in Urdu, but it represents something deeper: the craft of building software that disappears into the background. We don't chase flashy features or trending frameworks. We build tools that solve real problems for technical founders, CTOs, and teams who value substance over hype.

We've spent years understanding what technical teams actually need — from the process of scoping a complex SaaS rebuild to shipping WordPress extensions at scale. That hard-won experience shaped how we work: transparent about trade-offs, biased toward shipping, and genuinely invested in the long term. We measure success not by the number of projects, but by how our clients' products perform after we ship.

Today, our core business is partnership with technical founders and CTOs who need a team that can own a full-stack product from scope to shipped reality. Parallel to that, we ship three products: Karobar Management (employee-management SaaS), Assistant for Basecamp (Chrome extension that bolts Kanban, custom fields, and automations onto Basecamp), and Divi Contact Form Helper (form plugin for WordPress, distributed by Pee-Aye Creative). Dogfooding what we preach matters. We use our own tools. We run on our own software.
