Divi Assistant is the Divi power-user toolkit. One plugin, 141+ tools, settings, and utilities. Every shortcut, fix, and missing feature Divi developers have been writing into custom snippets for years, packaged into a single product.
One-click child theme generation. Library duplicate buttons. Custom CSS, jQuery, and PHP tabs inside the Visual Builder. Local font hosting with GDPR-compliant uploads. SVG upload guards. Builder UX fixes. Theme Builder template management. All toggleable. All inside Divi.

THE CHALLENGE
Divi developers were Frankensteining their workflow.
PAC saw their customers complaining about the same things in every Divi forum. Setting up a new site is repetitive busywork. The library has no duplicate button. There is no way to write custom CSS or JS or PHP inside the builder. Uploaded fonts have no manager. And dozens of utilities every Divi pro actually needed were scattered across five or six separate plugins.
PAC wanted one product that solved all of it. A plugin that absorbed the workflow hacks Divi developers had been carrying around for years and turned them into a single, supported, paid product their customer base could install once.
And it had to ship across both Divi 4 and Divi 5. Divi 5 introduces a new React-based module architecture. Most Divi plugin authors are still catching up. PAC needed Divi Assistant supporting both lines, with feature parity, before competitors closed the gap.
THE APPROACH
Modular subsystem architecture. Every helper toggleable on its own.
We split Divi Assistant into nine top-level Helper modules. Dashboard, Startup, Import / Export, Utility, Visual Builder, Styles, Fonts, Media, and Code. Each module is a self-contained subdirectory with its own toggle. Sites that want only the Code Helper do not pay for the Fonts Helper code path. Sites that want everything get all 141+ tools.
Two builder targets, one shared admin. The plugin runs across both Divi 4's PHP-rendered builder and Divi 5's React-based builder. The admin UI is shared. Builder integrations branch on the Divi version detected at runtime, so users on either version get an interface that matches what they expect.
That separation is what lets a single plugin deliver 141+ features without becoming a monolith. Toggle a helper on, only its hooks load. Toggle it off, the codebase behaves as if the feature was never installed.
THE STACK

Visual Builder integration
Vanilla-JS hooks into Divi 4's PHP-rendered builder. React 18 + builder API integration for Divi 5. The admin UI is shared. Builder integrations branch on the Divi version detected at runtime.
Code editor tabs
CodeMirror-based CSS, jQuery, and PHP tabs injected into the Visual Builder. Synchronized custom CSS, scoped JavaScript, and backend code editing without leaving the page.
Compliance & ops
Translation-ready (i18n). Multisite-aware. GDPR-compliant local font hosting. SVG upload guards. WP Cron for cleanup tasks. Ships as a WordPress.org-compatible plugin distributed by PAC.
