How we built it

The web app runs on Nextacular (a Next.js + Prisma multi-tenant SaaS framework) at app.karobarmanagement.com. The desktop time-tracking client is built on Nextron (Electron + Next.js) and ships from links.karobarhq.com. Two surfaces, one shared backend, one consistent data model across web and desktop.

Co-founded by Asad Ur Rehman (CEO) with Talha Qureshi as COO leading design and brand, and Osama Ehsan as CTO leading web and desktop engineering. Three-way decisions on every product call. No shipping a feature unless all three founders sign off.

Karobar runs the entire Karobar Solutions team. We eat our own dog food, and have been since the closed-beta launch in February 2023. We use it to track time, manage projects, and run our distributed team every day. It's not just a product we built, it's the product we rely on.
